Educational qualification requirement

- Any graduate from any recognized university or institute
- Excpet for Junior Statistical Officer, educational qualification requirement is 60% marks in Maths 12 and a Graduate or bachelor’s degree of any branches/stream/subjetcs.
So for the post of the Junior Statistical Officer only , it is required to have 60 percent marks in Class 12 Maths.
SSC CGL Syllabus 2026 – and Exam scheme
This exam comprises two stages, 1 and 2, in Tier 1. For each stage the subject to prepare is diffrent.
In the Tier 1 exam, according to the notification released, the subjects to prepare are as follows.

Marking: The total marks in Tier 1 are 200, the number of questions to be asked is 100, and the allotted time for the computer-based exam is 60 minutes (1 hour for all subjects)
