Along with the heavy winds, the fire catches from one building to another. It was not only buildings, but also cars, trees, and everything turned into ashes. The biggest destruction was the Palisade fire and the Eaton fire.

As of now, the most affected region is Greater Los Angeles, California, and this has caused people to evacuate from the red alert region. For this reason, a state of emergency was declared in LA, California, US.

For public safety, the evacuation of people of a total of 180000+ people has been ordered and started. Along with it, the whole region, only Los Angeles, had been declared a public health emergency due to the smoke coming from the wildfire, which could lead to serious illness in the future.

Due to these serious wildfires, many people have been evacuated, and some are in the process. It has also been reported by the sheriff that, due to this disaster, 23 people went missing from the Eaton fire and 6 Malibu locations.

Such a natural disaster not only causes structural destruction but also impacts the Whole country’s economy. It also results in power outages, polluted air quality, damage by wind, and the closure of offices, schools, hospitals, and others.

Los Angeles Fire 2025 Reason

As per a news update and according to Los Angeles County Sheriff Robert Luna’s findings, the Palisades and Eaton fires might have been caused by lightning.

The other reason behind this wildfire could be due to climate change, as this region has been facing drought since 2023, as reported online, but the real causes are under investigation. The drought dries plants, bushes, trees, etc, in a condition that they can easily catch fire.

It could also be said that the combination of the drought-like conditions and Santa Ana winds fuels the wildfires. On the other hand, some investigators also blamed it on human error or faulty power lines.

In most of the previous years, the wildfires in the USA ended in October, but this year, they started on January 7th, during winter days, and then spread sudden destruction to large areas.

How long will this wildfire continue?

To figure out what nature brings to us, like when the wildfire ends, is impossible because no one can predict it.

Now, firefighters from Southeast Texas and other regions kept coming to the spot and helping to extinguish the fire. It has also been stated that the authorities deployed 135 firefighters.
