The other reason behind this wildfire could be due to climate change, as this region has been facing drought since 2023, as reported online, but the real causes are under investigation. The drought dries plants, bushes, trees, etc, in a condition that they can easily catch fire.
It could also be said that the combination of the drought-like conditions and Santa Ana winds fuels the wildfires. On the other hand, some investigators also blamed it on human error or faulty power lines.
