Kirti Ganorkar has been appointed as the new MD of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, and he will act as the active MD from September 1 2025. His appointment as MD is for a term of 5 years only. This appointment was approved by the Company board of directors, and the approval of the Shareholders is pending and will be done at the Upcoming Annual meeting.
