Mumbai Weather Report Today, 16th June 2025
According to the Mumbai Regional Meteorological Centre, it has issued a yellow alert in Mumbai regions like Palghar and Thane today. Also, it has issued a red alert warning to the Raigad region of Maharashtra. Previously Raigad region was warned of a yellow weather alert, and now, due to the heavy rains, it has been shifted to the red alert. Furthermore, issued that that there will be changes in the climatic conditions in Mumbai, i.e with a maximum of 32 degrees Celsius and a Minimum of 25 degrees the 16th of June 2025.
Furthermore, the Indian Meteorological Department IMD has also issued a red alert warning to the coastal regions of Maharashtra today, and it stated that heavy rainfall may occur in regions like Saurashtra, Kutch, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, etc. from 18 to the 21st of June this year.
Following the alert, it has also been seen in the regions’ cyclone circulation, and that may lead to bringing rainfall also to other states like Gujarat, Chhattisgarh and Odisha.
What is the Delhi Weather report today?
The Delhi Meteorological Centre has also issued a yellow alert warning to the NCD regions of Delhi today, and it will remain effective up to the 18th of June. As rainfall occurred, there is also a chance of a drop in the temperature from 3 to 5 degrees below the normal temperature recorded. It also stated the current temperature of Delhi today recorded with a maximum of 35 to 37 degrees Celsius and a Minimum of 22 to 24 degrees Celsius.
Bangalore weather forecast reports today
According to the IMD reports today, it has issued red as well as yellow warnings to the 14 districts of Karnataka state, which are located near the coastal and western ghats region, as the southwest monsoon intensifies. It has also stated that this rainfall and wind will continue for the next 4 days too, and it may lead to heavy rainfall in the coastal regions of Karnataka with gusty wind speeds of 40 to 50 kilometres per hour. And in the North and southern parts of Karnataka, it is also stated that from a light to moderate type of rainfall may occur.
The red alert issued regions in the Karnataka state included Dakshina Kannada, Uttara Kannada, Udupi, Chikkamagaluru, Shivamoga and Kodagu. On this red alert issued regions may experience extremely heavy rainfall may occur. However, Orange alerts have also been issued to the regions like Hassan, Mysuru, Gadag, Haveri, Belagavi, Chamarajanagar, Devanagere, and Dharwad. And in these orange alert regions, very heavy rainfall is likely to occur during these four days. Moreover yellow alert, except heavy rainfall occurrence, is also expected to occur in regions like Mandya, Koppal, Bidar and Kalaburagi.
Manipur rainfall today
Manipur has also received rainfall today at various districts, including Imphal West, Imphal East, Thoubal, Bishnupur, Churachandpur, Kakching, Kangpokpi, etc. It has recorded a 23 degrees Celsius to 27 degrees Celsius temperature range in the evening, and precipitation ranges between 10% to 75%. Wind speed in the regions recorded today at 5 km per hour.
Telangana Thunderstorm alert today
In Telangana state, the Indian Meteorological Department has issued a thunderstorm alert in 13 districts, including the Hyderabad region. The regions which are under the alert notified by the IMD included Sagarreddy, Viakrabad, Medchal Malkajgiri, Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Yadadri Bhongir, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Mulugu, Bhupalpally, Pedapalli, Jayashankar, Asifabad, Mancherial, Kumaran Bheem, Adilabad,
Nilgiris rains. Closure of schools, tourist destinations and power outage happend
Due to heavy rainfall occurring today, regions of the Nilgiri face power outage, shutdown of schools and colleges, along with the closure of tourist destinations. The district administration has also stated in the media that an average rainfall of 47.28 recorded from Sunday to Monday morning, and it also heavily affected the regions like Gudalur, Kundha, and Pandalur.
